Omar Lulu directional Chunkzz to be remade in 3 South Indian languages
Chunkzz directed by Omar Lulu is one among the box office successes this year in Mollywood. It was a colorful fun ride which was set against the backdrop of an engineering college and college life. Vysakh Rajan had produced this film under the banner of Vysakha Cinema and reports says that it had collected around 20 crores from its worldwide run.
Now, director Omar Lulu officially confirmed that Chunkzz will be remade in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada Language and its remake rights in these south Indian languages has been bought by Lakshmisree combines.
Reports also came today that the team behind Chunkzz is planning its sequel and they will begin the work on this project next year. As per reports, there will be the presence of a Bollywood Star as well in Chunkzz 2.
Omar Lulu is now busy with the works of his upcoming projects in which some new faces playing the major character. It will be a romantic comedy titled as Oru Adaaru Love. Omar Lulu had made his debut last year, through the super hit comedy movie named Happy Wedding.
Balu Varghese, Visakh Nair, Honey Rose, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Ganapathy, Siddique, Lal etc played important characters in Chunkzz. Gopi Sundar tuned the music for this film and Alby had cranked the camera.
