Baahubali 2 pre-release business set a new record in India Cinema!
Baahubali 2 is all set to grace the screens all over the globe on this coming Friday and it is undoubtedly the most anticipated movie in India this year. The film will be releasing in and around 7000 screens in India alone and that’s just stunning.
It will have Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi dubbed versions and at every state, the film will hit a record number of screens as well. Now, the reports are coming in that in pre-release business too, the film had set a new record in Indian cinema.
Reports suggest that the pre-release business done by Baahubali 2 had crossed 400 crores. In Andhra Pradesh and Telangana together, the rights of this film have been sold for 126 crore rupees. The Hindi Version Rights has been sold for 120 crores and the Kerala Distribution Rights has been sold for 10.5 crores.
The Karnataka rights of this movie fetched 45 crores and the Tamil Nadu rights have been sold for a whopping 47 crores. The rest of the world theatrical rights were sold for rupees 65 crores and the total pre-release business as of now stand at 424 crores.
Everywhere advance bookings are also showing record figures and in Kerala too it had got the biggest pre-release booking ever got by a movie here.
