Asif Ali to team up with Prithviraj for ‘Vimanam’
Young Super Star Prithviraj is coming up with his next release and it will be the flick named Vimanam directed by debutant Pradeep M Nair. It will grace the screens on the 22nd of December this year as a part of Christmas celebrations. The motion poster of this movie which came out recently had got great appreciation from all over. Now, the latest on this movie says that it will be distributed here in Kerala by Young Star Asif Ali’s banner named Adam’s World of Imagination.
Asif Ali is producing and distributing movies under this banner for almost 2 years. He is all set to produce a movie with Prithviraj in the lead as well next year. It is a movie named Beautiful Game, which will be directed by a debutant named Jamesh Kottakal. It will be a big budget movie based on the craze for Football in Northern Kerala.
Asif Ali had recently distributed Goodalochana stared by Dhyan Sreenivasan.
This is the third time Asif Ali and Prithviraj are associating. Earlier both of them shared screen space in the movie named Sapthamasree Thaskaraha. Later Prithviraj’s August Cinemas had produced the Asif Ali starrer named Anuraga Karikkin Vellam.
Vimanam is a movie based on a real-life character named Saji from Thodupuzha, who made an aircraft of his own. Prithviraj is playing a character named Venkiti in this flick and a newcomer named Durga Krishna is playing the female lead in this movie.
