Anjali Menon to do her next with Mohanlal? Here is the truth behind the news
There has been a speculation going on in social media for a few days that popular writer/director Anjali Menon is planning her next with Mohanlal in the lead. The report also said that Ranjith will direct this movie based on the screenplay from Anjali Menon.
Ranjith had acted in Anjali Menon’s latest film named Koode recently and the news came out from that set. Rejaputhra Renjith had produced Koode and report said that he is going to bankroll the Mohanlal- Ranjith- Anjali Menon project as well.
But the truth behind this news is something else. While working in Koode, it was true that Ranjith asked Anjali Menon whether she have any story in mind which suits Mohanlal. Later, Ranjith went on to make a movie named Drama with Mohanlal in the lead, which will release in this year August or September.
As per the report, Ranjith asked Anjali Menon about a story that suits Mohanlal, when he was thinking about a plot that can replace Oru Bilathikkadha which was supposed to start this year in London. Later, Ranjith himself got another story and he replaced Oru Bilathikkadha with that plot. As of now, Anjali Menon is not decided about her next project as she always takes a lot of time gap between her projects.
